Return & Refund POLICY


We only DO REFUND OR EXHANGE when you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. 

Returns Policy
1. No Claims recognised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. All items must be returned within 14 days of original order being placed.
3. Items must be returned unopened, and with original packaging intact where applicable.
4. All items must be returned in store or via registered post to the following address:

Please keep the appropriate proof of return, otherwise if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
All requests will receive an email confirmation.

All refunds for orders placed at are credited back to the original PayPal Account or bank account on which the order was purchased. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only and do not include postage and handling charges.

Store return and exchanges

Refund or EXCHANGE IF: when there is a MAJOR PROBLEM with products.

EXCHANGE or issue credit note IF: change of mind. Conditions apply:

  • strictly 1 week from invoice date
  • presents with receipt
  • unopened with original condition


We DO NOT REFUND if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. We can EXCHANGE if you happy to go head.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND for the following products:

  • Edible products, food packaging, loose balloons, Hygiene products
    Please choose carefully, due to health regulations, we do not provide refunds or exchanges on those items, unless the goods are faulty, or do not meet specifications.
  • All props include backdrops, cake stand, party lights, party machines, helium tank, customized items, etc
