Same Day Dispatch
Where stock is immediately available all orders placed before 11pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same Business Day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next Business Day.

Express Shipping – $17.95 Flat Rate Express Shipping Fee Australia Wide
*Rural/Remote Locations may be charged at a higher rate. In the case that your order goes over the flat rate for your location, our customer service team will contact you via email  OR phone to confirm if you would like to proceed with the additional charges.
Please note: Any order with Bulky Goods like props with be charged at a higher rate, our customer service team will quote separately by will contact you via email  OR phone to confirm if you would like to proceed with the additional charges.

Delivery Method
We use Australia Post or other assorted Courier for our online deliveries.
Australian Standard Orders will be delivered in approximately 3-10 working days, and Express Orders will be delivered in approximately 1-3 working days. Please note that shipping times will vary for outer metro areas, country orders.
At checkout please make sure to select your preferred method of shipping before placing your order – this is found at the payment stage of checkout.  During the checkout process when asked for Delivery Instructions – this refers to ‘use side gate’, ‘we have a dog’ etc. You cannot choose your delivery date or time, nor can you ask to be called if no one is home etc. as Aus Post delivery service will not provide this.
To guarantee safe delivery of your items, we recommend your parcel is sent to your place of business as items are typically delivered between 9am and 5pm.
Please ensure you provide your correct and complete address, including a business name where necessary, and a contact telephone number.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details along with instructions on how to track your order.

Our Creations  accepts PayPal, or bank transfer.  Bank transfer details will shown after checkout, order email will sent to your email with Bank account details too.
